Identify your Group. Go to the link below and search for your Group.

Click thru: Group > Members > Bulk Operations > [Import | Remove | Download] Members
Follow the instructions it provides, see below for further instructions.
- Fill out a *.CSV file
- Submit to ServiceNow
- Assignment Group ITS-SYSTEMS OFFICE 365
- Provide the name of the Team
- State Add or Delete request
Create a new MS Excel file. Format and save as *.CSV
