More than just Microsoft Office!

Microsoft 365 is a set of productivity tools dedicated to making communicating, collaborating, and sharing of ideas easier for all UT Austin faculty, staff, and students.

Microsoft 365 combines applications like Excel and Word with services like Teams and OneDrive to enable you to create and share content from anywhere. Most applications are offered as common good services at no additional cost, while certain applications, including Visio and Project Online, require additional licensing.

Microsoft 365 services and applications are available to current or future university faculty and staff, as well as current students. Throughout this site you can find knowledge articles and tools to help you learn how to use Microsoft 365 applications and services.
